    What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

    At Superbusy you always have 14 calendar days to return your package from the day you received it. This can be done quickly and easily by notifying us via your account on the website and making a return via our return portal. You can also send us an email to [email protected].

    How can I return a product?

    Fill in the form you received upon delivery. If it's not there, no problem, via your account or email is always the best option.
    You can also notify us via your account on the website when returning. Create your return label via the link https://superbusy.shipping-portal.com/rp/ via chosen courier service, here you can also see the prices to return.

    If you want a different color or size in the same product, please notify us in your account or email, so that we can reserve it for you.

    Do I get my money back if I return my product?

    If you return something because the size is not right, the color is disappointing or you don't like it, you will simply get your money back. It's that simple. This refund is always made within 7 calendar working days after processing your return.

    If you just want a different size or a different color in the same model, this price is no difference then we can mutually agree to just send you the new product without first refund and that you have to pay again on the site (please indicate this in your return form)

    Who pays the shipping costs for returning to Superbusy?

    Returning your package is at your own expense, unless the return is a manufacturer error or incorrect delivery. Then we will pay the return cost.

    Please note:  Return conditions

    Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Undamaged, unworn and with labels still attached.
    Of course you are allowed to try on the product, but there should be no traces of use
    Products with the following characteristics are non-refundable.
    Used, soiled, washed, damaged or incomplete items
    Items with a label removed
    Items containing fragrances of perfumes or other (from possible use)
    Items that are custom made or modified
    Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
    The return period is 14 days after receipt of the product.

    Do I have a warranty on my purchase?

    Of course, at Superbusy we only offer items that we support ourselves. Even the best brands sometimes make a manufacturing error. That is why you always have a guarantee against production errors with us.

    Send us an email with the necessary photos and explanation. Based on this, we can determine whether it is worth sending your article to us. We will then send this to the brand and keep you informed about the judgment and decision of the manufacturer.

    If it's a manufacturing error, we'll let you know. You send your item to us and we will send you an email when you receive a new copy if this is possible and if it is also to your liking or you can expect a gift voucher for this value or money back. Shipping costs to the brand are then for us. You can't help it so you don't have to pay anything.

    Reflection period (approval period) obligation of withdrawal and Returns

    For all products purchased from Superbusy, you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days according to the Belgian law of distance selling (art 7:5 BW), the information and protection of the consumer.
    This period starts on the day after receipt by you or on your behalf. If the buyer has not returned the delivered products to Superbusy after this period, the purchase is a fact.
    The buyer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery.
    During the cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the products and packaging with care. There is no right of renunciation if the products are no longer in original, complete, undamaged condition.
    Of course you are allowed to try on the product, but there should be no signs of use.
    If you wish to make use of the right of renunciation, you must make this known in writing within the set 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product.
    There is no penalty associated with renunciation of the purchase and this can be done without stating the reasons.
    The products must be undamaged (in original condition and packaging)

    at the latest within 14 calendar days of receipt. The shipping date serves as a check. All accompanying documentation, if warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included with the return, as well as your bank account number.
    The direct costs for returns are borne by the buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to sender.
    Superbusy will refund you the complete purchase price, including shipping costs, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the products.
    If it appears that the products have not been received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price including shipping costs will not be refunded, or not fully refunded. In that case, the product remains your property. At your request, the product can also be sent to you again, subject to payment of the corresponding shipping costs.
    Exceptions to the stipulations are the following: When a product has been specially made or changed for you, you are logically not entitled to the right of renunciation of seven working days. This exception also applies to perishable products, CDs, DVDs, or other comparable products whose seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened. When a product is visibly worn or damaged in any other way, your right to a refund of your payment will expire.
