Will items marked “sold out” be restocked?

When an item is sold out, we try to make the item available again as soon as possible. If the stock is insufficient, the article will be removed from the website.

Will I receive the same product as in the picture?

Yes, with the exception of handmade garments where there may be a slight difference in finish.

Is it possible to be kept informed by e-mail about the latest news and offers from Superbusy?

Yes. Go to “Newsletter” to get information about the latest news, events, and tips and tricks for looks.

How can I unsubscribe from the Superbusy newsletter?

You can easily unsubscribe in your account under the heading “Newsletter”.

Fill in the details and click on “Unsubscribe”. Or via a received "Newsletter" at the bottom.

How can I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request it again under "Log-in". Enter your email address and we'll send you an email with the instructions to follow.

How can I check if my order has been processed successfully?

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department.

Can I track the status of my order?

You will also receive a Track & Trace code with which you can easily track your order to your home. There you can choose via the handy Bpost website or other courier service where they should ultimately deliver your package.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year. For physical gift cards, the expiration date is clearly stated on the card. For purchases made via the online webshop, the expiration date may not be explicitly listed due to system limitations, but they are likewise valid for 1 year from the date of purchase!

• Redemption: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to a bank account.

• Loss / Theft: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards, and they will not be replaced. If you purchased the gift card online or via a traceable bank transaction, we may be able to help locate your unique code using the exact time, date, and payment details. This is not possible for cash purchases.

• Partial Spending: Any remaining balance on the gift card remains valid for future purchases, subject to the original expiration date indicated on the card.

• Registration: It is recommended to keep track of the issue date and registration or order number to easily verify the validity.

• Exceptions: In the event of a permanent business closure or bankruptcy, gift cards typically become void. In the case of a business restart or if a liquidator decides to keep the store temporarily open, vouchers may sometimes remain valid. Occasionally, a restarting party may accept the voucher as a gesture of goodwill, but this is not mandatory.
