Gift voucher terms and conditions:
Validity: 1 year. The expiration date is clearly stated on physically purchased vouchers; for online purchases, the date is not listed due to system limitations, but these vouchers are also valid for 1 year. Please note that the text "never expires" does not apply to online vouchers; they are valid for 1 year.
Redemption: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to a bank account.
Loss/Theft: No compensation is provided. We are not liable for lost or stolen vouchers. However, we may be able to assist if you can provide proof of purchase via bank transaction (showing time/date), allowing us to locate the voucher in our system; this is not possible with cash payments.
Partial use: Any remaining balance on the voucher is retained but also expires according to the date stated on the voucher.
Registration: It is advisable to keep a record of the issue date and registration number to verify validity.
Exceptions (if applicable): In the event of the business permanently ceasing operations or going bankrupt, gift vouchers generally become worthless. Any parties restarting the business or bankruptcy trustees are not legally obliged to honor outstanding vouchers; doing so is entirely at their discretion as a gesture of goodwill.
