Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Shipping Time: We ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may exceptionally run longer during busier periods. Orders are not processed on closing days (Sunday and Tuesday).
• Address Changes: Once your order has been placed, it is unfortunately NO longer possible to change the delivery address. Please ensure all details are entered correctly.
• Shipping via Bpost: We work with courier service Bpost. As soon as you receive your track & trace code, you can set your own delivery preferences via the Bpost app or website.
• Choosing a Pickup Point: Did you choose delivery to a pickup point? Don't forget to select your specific pickup point immediately after placing your order!

Shipping Costs

• Belgium: Standard shipping cost €7.95 — Free shipping on orders over €150 (after any discounts, including VAT). Do you return a part, causing the total to drop below €150? Then the shipping costs will still be charged. In the case of a complete return, the original shipping costs will not be charged.
• Netherlands: Standard shipping cost €11.95
• France: Standard shipping cost €14.95
• Germany: Standard shipping cost €11.95
• Other countries: Please contact us.

Store Pickup You can pick up your order free of charge at our physical store located at

Heestertplaats 2 / 8551 Heestert (Zwevegem).

• Pickup is possible as soon as you have received a confirmation email from us.
• We kindly ask you to pick up your order within 5 calendar days.
• Collecting it later? Please contact us in advance. If we do not hear from you, the order may be automatically cancelled.

Pre-orders Did you order a PRE-ORDER item? Your package will be shipped in one go as soon as all items are complete.

These terms and conditions apply when you pre-order a product from Superbusy, both online and by phone. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms, so please read them carefully before placing a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.

Placing a Pre-order Pre-orders are orders for products ("Products") that are not yet available for general sale at Superbusy (www.superbusy.be).

To place a reservation, you must provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address, and billing details. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is correct and up-to-date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

Payments When placing a pre-order, you must pay the full price of the product in advance. You can cancel your pre-order at any time and receive a full refund of your pre-order payments before the product has been shipped.

Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the Product, but represent your offer ("Offer") to purchase the Product when it is made generally available for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your offer, and your offer is only accepted after the pre-ordered product has been paid for and shipped.

Delivery Where possible, orders will be shipped to you or made ready for pickup as soon as possible, subject to availability. Delivery to some areas may take longer.

Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be held liable for any changes to release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

Cancellation Either party may cancel a reservation at any time, for any reason, before we have notified you that the product has been shipped ("Shipping Notice"). If cancellation occurs prior to the shipping notice, you are entitled to a full refund of your prepayment.

The purchase of the product is subject to additional terms, which will be communicated to you in your order confirmation before you complete your purchase. If you buy something in our online store, the purchase terms of our online store also apply.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. All disputes or proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in accordance with Belgian legislation.
